The Florida French Connection is an celebration of our caribbean French heritage. Every year many friends and relatives descend on sunny central Florida to enjoy good food, good times, and reminiscing of the good old days, caribbean style. With the migration of many island families to the continental U.S., it became apparent that our island culture was in danger of being assimilated and lost.
